My name is Rip Fowler and I am the new TurboCAD Tech support representative at IMSI/Design.
Although I am new to this position, I have been here for over a year doing customer support.
What I hope I can be is an “insider” for the TurboCAD community. I will be writing about a range of things, including announcements, errors, bugs, tips, tricks, and anything else that might be helpful to you.
As importantly, I will try to address as many questions, concerns, and complaints that you might have.
