Can’t open an existing document in Vista

On some Windows Vista machines users are unable to open existing documents when TurboCAD is already open. To get around this you can drag the icon of the drawing you would like to open into the file name field.

Windows Installer launches every time I attempt to start TurboCAD

If the Windows Installer launches every time you attempt to start TurboCAD you will need to remove TurboCAD using the windows installer cleanup utility. You can then re-install TurboCAD and the problem should not reoccur.

Missing Tutorials v14

The tutorials referred to in the getting started guide and help file where removed from TurboCAD at the last minute for compatibility reasons. They will be added back in with our next patch until then you can download the tutorial files from v12 here.
