The windows installer cleanup utility only removes the installer information. Be sure that you still have the installer of any program you use this utility with or you will have to manually delete all of the program files to delete the program.

The message had a timer that was going to close the window, and then when it closed it would not log me on. I could not turn it off normally so I cut the power.
