I would think after all the time, they might have made some changes to this; as it’s out of date. I gave your people a long list of discrepancies and nothing was done. I see page 2 still says that users can save a version 14 files back to version 8. I wouldn’t offer this for downloading.
There have been many improvements in the manual though some things have not changed. The information in the help file should be up to date. I am providing the PDF file for people who wish to print it out.
