1) Are you an administrator of this computer?
If this Answer is yes go to step 2.
If the answer is no TurboCAD will need to be installed with full administrative rights.
2) Are you using any kind of non-standard network home folders?If you have not created a non-standard network home folder go to step 3.
3) Run Disk Utility Repair permissions.
4) Can you see all the folders in the Application’s folder that should be there?

5) Can you see all of the folders in the system Library / application?
The folder location of the files is hard drive library application support IMSI TurboCADv4. The files that are in the TurboCADv4 file are (Files, Environ, BOM, Layouts, String and Photo Render).
6) Can you see any of the folders in the user Library / application support?
The folder location of the files is user, library, application support IMSI TurboCADv4. The files that are in the TurboCADv4 file are (Files, Environ, BOM, Layouts, String, Temp and Photo Render).
